Chess Academy
Danchevski
At the “Danchevski Chess Academy” we believe that chess is more than a game — it is a tool for developing the mind, character, and values in young people.
Our mission is to bring chess into schools, make it accessible and inspiring for every child, and build a generation of thinkers, leaders, and champions.
Chess in Schools
The Chess in Schools project is our strategic priority. Through collaboration with educational institutions, we:
• Introduce chess as part of the curriculum or as an extracurricular activity
• Provide educational materials, teacher training, and student support
• Build a culture of patience, logical thinking, and fair play in school communities
Working with Talented Children
For young chess players with pronounced talent, we offer programs that follow their individual development:
• Individual lessons with a specially designed program for each child
• Group work in small groups of a maximum of 4 children at the same level, to encourage cooperation and a competitive spirit
• Online lessons, available to students from different cities and countries, with flexibility and quality
Our Approach
Every child is unique. Therefore, the Academy’s approach is:
• Pedagogical and empathetic, with an emphasis on psychological development
• Strategic and creative, using modern methods and chess tools
• Inspirational, through storytelling from chess history and culture

His work has involved more than 5,000 children aged 6 to 18, who through chess have learned not only strategies, but also values.
Orce does not see chess as just a sport — but as a means of personal development. His life mission is to make chess a part of the educational system in Macedonia, and the second is to bring the first children’s medal from a European or world chess championship.
As a proven coach and educator, he creates programs that are tailored to the individual needs of each child, encouraging them to become not only better chess players, but also better people.
His motto is simple, but powerful:
